耶律儼（？ - 1113年），字若思，遼朝析津府人。本來姓李，他的父親李仲禧受賜姓，官至北院宣徽使，漢人行官都部署。善于寫詩，咸雍進士。開始任守著作郎，補中書省令史。以勤敏著稱。大康年間，歷任都部署判官、將作少監、少府少監、知大理正。1080年，任大理少卿。1081年，任大理卿。1085年，為景州刺史。1086年，改任御史中丞、同知宣徽使事、提點大理寺。1090年，改任山西路轉運使。壽隆初年，授樞密直學士。1099年，出使宋朝，遼道宗以擲骰子勝者任參知政事。遼道宗末年，擔任知樞密院事，封越國公，主持修纂《皇朝實錄》七十卷。遼道宗臨終，受顧命，輔佐天祚帝。天祚帝乾統三年（1103年），改封秦國公，乾統六年（1106年）時為漆水郡王，迎合皇帝之意，勾結蕭奉先，執權十幾年。死後贈尚父，謚號忠懿。
