孟速思（1206年 - 1267年），元朝畏兀兒人。祖籍別失八里（今新疆吉木薩爾），唐代北庭都護府所在地，其遷居大都。孟速思十五歲時，就精通畏兀兒文字。成吉思汗召見他，讓他跟隨拖雷，為拖雷之妻唆魯禾帖尼管理分地租賦。後來事奉忽必烈。忽必烈南征南宋時，任用他與不只兒同為斷事官。蒙哥死後，擁忽必烈即汗位。知道不只兒想要依附阿里不哥，上奏把他遷移到中都，親監護以往。忽必烈以為忠，下詔拜和安童為丞相，孟速思固辭，但是為忽必烈推薦人才。去世後，謚敏惠。大德十一年（1307年），追贈太師，追封為武都王，謚智敏。
