孔溫業（? - ?），字遜志，唐朝冀州人，孔子三十九代孫，東光縣令孔務本的，海州司戶參軍孔如珪的曾孫，著作佐郎孔岑父的孫子，孔戢的兒子。長慶元年（821年），孔溫業、趙存約、竇洵直以所試粗通，與進士及第。開成石經，鄭覃表奏起居郎周墀、水部員外郎崔球、監察御史張次宗、禮部員外郎孔溫業等，校定《九經》文字上石。李漢為御史中丞時，表舉孔溫業為御史，李漢被召回朝中時，孔溫業已為御史中丞，每次宴集，人以為榮。大中年間，孔溫業為吏部侍郎。求外任，宰相白敏中對同事說：「我等可稍稍警戒，孔吏部不高興在朝廷當官了。」後為太子賓客。因為他請告病，大中十一年（857年）十二月，唐宣宗以正議大夫、檢校戶部尚書、兼太子賓客、上柱國、賜紫金魚袋孔溫業本官分司東都。他堂兄孔溫孺早亡，他和孔溫裕撫養孔溫孺的兒子孔緯。
