呂恭（777年 - 813年），又名宗禮，字恭叔，一字敬叔，唐朝河中府（今山西省永濟市西）人，郡望東平（今山東省東平縣），家于洛陽。呂渭之子，呂溫之弟，呂儉、呂讓之兄。

呂恭尚氣節，有美才。喜讀縱橫家之說、孫武吳起兵法之術。唐德宗貞元末年，為山南西道節度使掌書記。入朝為殿中侍御史，因為其兄呂溫陷害李吉甫，後來李吉甫再入中書，呂恭出任嶺南府判官，在廣州去世。
