高汝礪（1152年 - 1224年），中國金朝末年應州金城（今山西省朔州市山陰縣）人，又作高汝勵，字岩夫。大定十九年（1179年）中進士。1194年金章宗擢昇他為刺史，兩年後回中央，以後擔任財政官僚。1206年，進昇戶部尚書，當時北方蒙古帝國、南方南宋軍事壓力財政困難。金章宗時任當時鈔法不能流轉，高汝礪上書更定，方便百姓。金宣宗南遷遷都開封，支配民族猛安謀克軍兵糧食問題深刻化。在邯鄲，以他為參知政事，次年為尚書右丞。上書言事，多被採納。1216年正月，為尚書左丞，連續上表請求致仕。皇帝不許。1220年任平章政事，後為尚書右丞相、監修國史，封壽國公，金哀宗即位，言官彈劾他欺君固位，不退當殺。高汝礪還是請求致仕，哀宗不許。1224年三月，高汝礪年七十一歲卒。
