徐咸清（？ - 約1689年），字仲山，浙江上虞人。紹興蓬萊詩社創始人之一。少奇慧，一歲能識字，五歲通一經。方束髮，已有文名于時。康熙十八年（公元1679年）舉博學鴻儒，罷歸。在都時，大學士李爵工小學，與論字，辨詰是非，深為折服。妻商景徽，為明吏部尚書商周祚次女，嗜學能詩。因就稽山闢廣庭，構藥欄，設長筵，發所藏書，暇輒與之博考群籍，抽牘賦詩。女昭華，嘗執經于毛奇齡，亦有詩才。咸清洞精字學，又博極墳典。著有資治文字一百卷，《清史列傳》毛奇齡稱其「訂証之確，引據之博，為古今巨觀」。
