張忠（? - ?），中國晉朝道士、氣功養生家。字巨和，中山（今河北定州市）人。張忠有好道之志，性情恬靜寡慾，清虛服氣，朝夕行導引之法，吃食靈芝丹石，修道長壽。西晉末年永嘉之亂，五胡亂華時，隱居在泰山，所居為叢岩幽谷，鑿洞穴為窟室，設道壇于窟上，教授弟子。他以虛無自然為宗，平素寡言，教弟子只練不說，弟子授業觀看他的形體而退，每天早晨朝拜師父。前秦天王苻堅統一了北方，招羅天下名士，苻堅仰慕張忠，也盛請張忠。不得已，張忠只好隨使者到了長安。苻堅要他出山為官，張忠以年紀過大推辭：「昔因喪亂，避地泰山，與鳥獸為侶。尚父非敢比擬，願還余齒歸岱宗。」苻堅用車送他回泰山。途經華山，嘆道：「我東嶽道士，沒于西嶽，命也！」遂去世，道教說化為仙人而去，追謚「安道先生」。事見王隱《晉書》。
