長壽（? - ?），元朝大臣，平章政事帖住的兒子 。帖住生有五子。長子山壽早逝，次子即長壽，第三子是永壽、第四子是福壽、第五子是忙古海牙。元順帝元統年間，帖住去世，長壽哀痛盡禮。服喪結束，當廕官爵，他和弟弟在母親面前下拜：「我父親清廉貧窮，諸弟沒有所依靠的，願以職位讓給永壽。」永壽讓給福壽，福壽說：「二位哥哥能讓，只有福壽不能嗎！」于是讓給忙古海牙，母親聽從。忙古海牙于是廕官，擔任太禧宗禋院神御殿侍禮佐郎，階奉議大夫。兄弟侍奉母親很孝順，郡邑鄉里都讚美他們。
