蕭歡（510年代 - 541年），字孟孫。梁武帝蕭衍之孫，梁昭明帝蕭統長子。初封華容公，任東中郎將、南徐州刺史。中大通三年（531年），昭明太子蕭統死，乃進封豫章王。梁武帝雖曾有以蕭歡為皇太孫之意，召蕭統進京，但還是擔心蕭歡年少不適合當皇帝，又因為之前對蕭統的猜忌，最終立了蕭統胞弟即蕭歡的叔父蕭綱為皇太子，令蕭歡回鎮，進封蕭統諸子為王，但他們仍然因不能被立儲而記恨。蕭歡還鎮徐州，後改雲麾將軍、江州刺史。死後謚安王。天正元年（551年），豫章王蕭棟即位，追尊為安皇帝，因此被稱為梁安帝。
