李存矩（？ - 917年），五代十國晉王李克用的兒子，後唐莊宗李存勖的弟弟。913年，晉王李存勖任命李存矩為新州刺史、總管山後八軍。盧文進作為副將。時任威塞軍防禦使的李存矩驕橫懶惰，他的奴僕常幹預政事。他強迫百姓出馬，徵得五百匹，帶領送往晉王與後梁作戰之處，派壽州刺史盧文進為裨將。917年二月十五，在祁溝關，小校宮彥璋和士卒們謀劃譁變。第二天早晨，李存矩沒有起床，就被士卒殺死。盧文進捶胸哭道：「奴輩害了郎君，讓我以什麼臉面去見晉王呢？」被大家擁簇回到新州，新州守將楊全章拒之門外。再攻打武州，被李嗣肱、周德威打敗，盧文進率眾投奔契丹。
