賀瑒（452年 - 510年），字德璉，南朝梁會稽郡山陰縣（今浙江省紹興市）人。晉朝司空賀循玄孫。祖賀道力，精於三禮。賀瑒早年由劉獻薦為國子生，舉明經，為揚州祭酒。在南朝齊為太學博士、太常丞。入南朝梁，官太常丞。後來遭母憂去職。天監初年，復官太常丞。天監四年（505年），開五館，以瑒兼五經博士。瑒本人精於《禮》，常有學生數百人。天監九年（510年）卒，時年五十九。
