塔察兒（？ - 1237年），許兀慎氏，又名倴盞，蒙古帝國將領，博爾忽之次子（一說從孫）。他以驍勇善戰著稱。開始任宿衛，侍奉成吉思汗。拖雷監國時期，受命和耶律楚材一起整治燕京的治安，有政績。1230年，隨窩闊台伐金朝，擔任行省兵馬都元帥，統率宿衛軍和諸王的軍士攻取河東諸州，攻打潼關。1231年，破河中府。1232年，和速不台圍攻汴京，使金哀宗求和，派曹王完顏訛可為人質。塔察兒鎮守河南。因為金國殺死蒙古使臣，再次攻打汴京，多次擊敗金軍在南薰門。1233年，圍攻蔡州，和南宋大將孟珙南北配合夾攻金國。1234年，蔡州破，金國滅亡。他鎮守河南，遏制南宋軍。1236年，攻拔南宋息州、光州，窩闊台賜他息州百姓三千戶，1237年，在軍中去世。其子別里虎䚟。
