馬爌。蔚州（今張家口蔚縣）人。明朝總兵官，馬芳的孫子。崇禎十五年，西寧番族作亂，馬爌督諸將五道進剿，斬首七百餘人。崇禎十六年（1643）十二月，李自成部將左金王賀錦攻打甘州(今張掖)，馬爌與甘肅巡撫林日瑞拼死抵抗。十二月二十七日，賀錦部奪取甘州（今甘肅武威）。後事不詳，一說與孫傳庭戰死潼關。一說和林日瑞在甘州陷後被李自成處死。又一說投降李自成。有子馬羲瑞。
