吳詵，唐朝將領和官員。興元元年（784年），涇原兵變時為神策軍兵馬使，在李晟麾下為將，參與收複京師長安。貞元三年（787年）三月，為福建觀察使。到任後福建兵亂，吳詵被逐。浙東觀察使皇甫政領兵鎮壓。太子賓客吳湊繼任福建觀察使。
