趙君用1319年 - 1359年，又名趙均用，是元朝末年淮北紅巾軍領袖，蕭縣人。1351年，芝麻李起義，趙君用隨從，攻克徐州。1352年，脫脫攻徐州，芝麻李被殺。趙君用和彭大帶敗兵前住由郭子興、孫德崖等人佔據的濠州（今安徽省鳳陽縣），之後迫走郭子興。不久，攻泗州（今江蘇省泗洪縣）、盱眙（今江蘇省盱眙縣）。1356年，攻克淮安（今江蘇省淮安市）。1357年，趙君用稱永義王。淮安失守後，趙君用投奔益都毛貴，但後來趙君用殺死毛貴，毛貴部將續繼祖從遼陽回軍，殺死趙君用。
