程之才（？ - ？），字正輔，宋朝成都路眉州眉山縣人。嘉祐進士，累官廣南東路提刑。程之才是程濬的長子，程濬是蘇軾母親程氏之兄，故程之才與蘇軾是表兄弟，皇祐四年（1052年），娶蘇軾姐蘇八娘，故也是蘇軾的姐夫，但八娘生病，程家卻不為之求醫，「年十有八而死」，蘇洵非常憤怒，也因蘇洵埋怨程之才，故程之才與蘇軾兩人並不融洽。
紹聖二年（1095年）正月，程之才為廣東提刑，居韶州，即蘇軾的頂頭上司，程有意化解兩方恩怨，刻意幫助蘇軾，蘇、程兩家又重修舊好。
楊慎《詞品》說程之才的孫子程垓是蘇軾的中表，這是很明顯的失誤。
