搠思班（? - ?），元朝蒙古宗王。孛兒只斤氏。元世祖曾孫，西平王奧魯赤之孫，鐵木兒不花之子。元成宗大德元年（1297年）襲父爵，受封為鎮西武靖王，出鎮吐蕃，以吐蕃為世襲領地。持駝紐金鍍銀印，鎮撫吐蕃地方。曾率大軍前往烏思藏，在江孜山下擊敗了參與止貢（《元史》作必里公）之變的西蒙古軍。大德十年（1306年）二月,率蒙古軍討吐蕃各地叛亂。元武宗至大二年（1309年）招降茂州。元仁宗延祐六年（1319年）討平察合台後王怯別。元英宗至治三年（1323年）征伐參卜郎。泰定帝泰定三年（1326年）安定階州的蕃民。元文宗至順元年（1330年）搠思班和行知樞密院事躍里帖木兒出征雲南，平定禿堅之亂。在安寧州和中慶路獲勝。不久去世。其女亦憐真班封德寧公主，嫁高麗忠惠王為王妃，生高麗忠穆王。
