《南史·卷十　陳本紀下第十》：於是以蕭摩訶為皇畿大都督，樊猛為上流大都督，樊毅為下流大都督，司馬消難、施文慶並為大監軍，重立賞格，分兵鎮守要害，僧尼道士盡皆執役。
施文慶（？ - 589年），南朝陳官吏，吳興烏程(今浙江湖州)人。初事太子陳叔寶，陳後主即位，提拔為中書舍人。與沈客卿等肆意搜刮百姓，以供後主揮霍，甚得後主寵信。禎明三年（589年），授予其都督，代晉熙王陳叔文為湘州刺史。隋軍攻入建康(今江蘇南京)時被隋軍主帥晉王楊廣所殺。
