兔力帖木兒（？ - 1425年），明朝哈密國王，蒙古貴族，忠順王脫脫的從弟。永樂九年（1411年）封兔力帖木兒忠義王，受命世守哈密。次年，遣使貢馬，請在哈密設置僧綱司，以僧速都剌失為僧綱，獲准。從此歲貢不斷，常貢馬千匹。十七年（1419年），因為禮遇西域的朝貢使，獲得明成祖賞賜綺帛七十匹。他遣使向朝廷告發瓦剌賢義王掠奪哈密的邊境，明朝遣使斥責太平。洪熙元年（1425年），兔力帖木兒卒。次年，明朝派遣官員賜祭。
