岑瑛（1386年 - 1455年），字濟夫，明朝廣西土司。岑伯顏之孫。永樂十八年（1420年），岑瑛承襲了兄長岑瑞的思恩州刺史。正統元年（1436年），明廷因岑瑛屢有邊功，升思恩州為思恩土府，加封岑瑛為廣西參政、都指揮使。岑瑛在外作戰時，其子岑鑌為非作歹，岑瑛回來，岑鑌畏罪自殺。景泰六年（1455年），岑瑛病死。
曾孫為岑猛。
