肖乃台，蒙古帝國克烈部土別幹氏，蒙古大將。開始隨成吉思汗統一漠北，1206年，大蒙古國建立，隸屬于左翼萬戶木華黎帳下先鋒。隨從伐金朝。1213年，破涿州，收降史秉直和史天倪、史天澤父子。1225年，和史天澤討伐真定的叛將武仙，擊敗武仙的將領葛鐵槍。攻克中山府，攻取無極縣、趙州，擊走武仙，收複真定。擒殺南宋將領彭義斌，克大名府、東平府。1227年，隨孛魯定益都，受命屯駐濟州、兗州防備南宋。1232年，攻略汴京，在睢州斬殺完顏慶山奴。1234年，配合大軍攻破蔡州，滅金國。統帥史天澤等三萬戶鎮守東平。1236年，以功賜東平三百戶為食邑。在任上去世。
