完顏匡（1152年 - 1209年），女真名撒速，金國大臣。大定進士。被選為金章宗兄弟教讀，金章宗即位後，任簽書樞密院事、尚書左丞兼修國史，主持《世宗實錄》，改為樞密副使。泰和六年（1206年），宋朝韓侂胄伐金，完顏匡為右副元帥，率軍克棗陽、隨州，圍攻襄陽。第二年不克退兵。以平章政事駐守開封，統領各軍，宋金和議達成後回京。受金章宗遺詔，擁立衛紹王完顏永濟，1209年任尚書令，封申王。
