徒單鎰（12世紀？ - 1214年），本名按出。女真人。金國宰相。1173年，以女真進士，入仕為翰林侍講。金章宗即位後，任吏部侍郎、御史中丞、參知政事，監修國史，後任尚書右僕射。1192年，出京任橫海軍、平陽軍的留守使，同平章事，封濟國公。不滿李淑妃專權，被迫離京，先後在京兆府（今西安）、東京、上京任職。在成吉思汗南下時，徒單鎰任丞相，負責拱衛金中都。金宣宗即位後封廣平郡王，世襲猛安謀克。1214年，金宣宗意欲南遷汴京，徒單鎰極力勸諫，認為「鑾輅一動，北路皆不守矣！」。宣宗不聽，徒單鎰憤憤而死。徒單鎰著有《弘道集》。
