陸操（? - ?），字仲志，河南洛陽人。陸俟幼子陸騏驎的孫子，在東魏官至廷尉卿。崔季舒向高澄報告薛寘之妻元氏甚美，高澄計劃將元氏騙至府內予以姦淫，元氏堅決拒絕。高澄讓崔季舒將她移送廷尉府治罪，陸操以無罪釋之。天保年間，終官殿中尚書，卒於任上。有子陸孔璋。
