吳嘉善（1818年 - 1885年），字子登，江西南豐縣人，清代數學家。咸豐二年（1852年）壬子恩科進士，選翰林院庶吉士。散館授編修。在京師任職期間，常與江蘇巡撫、算學家徐有壬切磋算學。
同治元年（1862年），吳嘉善游長沙，結識丁取忠。同治二年來到廣州，與鄒伯奇、夏鸞翔相識。光緒五年，出使法國，駐巴黎。後回國從師學習，不久去世。
吳嘉善在徐有壬去世後，續完《測圓密率》3卷。同治六年，又為算學家李善蘭校刊《尖錐變法解》1卷。撰有《算學二十一種》，被收入《白芙堂算學叢書》。另有《翻譯小補》。
