梁鱣（? - ?），字叔魚。春秋時期齊國人，《史記集解》作梁鯉。孔子弟子，列位第三十。孔子弟子梁鱣作為先秦儒學的重要一環，其上接孔子，下承孟荀，仲梁氏之儒是先秦時期儒家重要分派之一。其中，仲梁所指梁鱣、梁贖二人。「仲梁氏之儒」指梁鱣、梁贖、曾參、子夏等孔子門人提倡以農為本、禮樂社祭、忠孝修身之道。在中國儒學史乃至中國思想上都占有及其重要的地位。
