馬希瞻（？ - 949年），馬楚武穆王馬殷庶子。天成三年（928年）當袁詮的監軍，在劉郎洑擊敗荊南軍隊。後來為靜江軍節度副使。他的兩個哥哥馬希廣、馬希萼爭位，他多次勸諫，繼而痛哭，二王不從。馬希瞻知道楚國必亡，不勝其憂愁，949年，後背發疽而亡。
