沈明，本名沈宇或作沈羽、沈明一名應當是古代文獻傳抄時產生的訛寫，非真名。唐朝官員，湖州武康縣人。唐代宗的駙馬。

沈宇父親為太子詹事贈太子太傅沈豫。沈宇官至兵部尚書。唐德宗貞元二年（786年）唐代宗之女長林公主出嫁沈宇時，厭翟車殘破，最後改乘金根車。沈宇和長林公主的女兒沈素嫁給了郭曖和昇平公主之子郭釗，沈素和郭釗生子郭仲詞。
