彭義斌（？ - 1225年），金朝末年紅襖軍領袖。彭義斌開始跟隨劉二祖抗金，劉二祖被俘殺後，跟隨李全。嘉定十一年（1218年），隨李全投宋朝，官居統制。嘉定十五年（1222年），克服山東諸州縣，北上抵禦蒙古軍。因為李全想割據山東，投靠蒙古，彭義斌和他決裂。寶慶元年（1225年），彭義斌在恩州（今山東省平原縣）擊敗李全進攻。北征真定府（今河北省正定縣），在五馬山（今河北省贊皇縣）敗于蒙古軍，被俘，不屈而死。
