聶克塞（1601年10月30日（萬曆二十九年 / 辛亥年十月初五） - 1666年），滿洲愛新覺羅氏。清太祖努爾哈赤第四子湯古代的長子。崇德五年（1640年）父親湯古代去世，弟弟穆爾察襲封父親鎮國將軍爵，而他則襲封弟弟三等奉國將軍爵位。他跟從多鐸侵略寧遠，跟從多爾袞平定京師，驅逐李自成至慶都，皆有軍功，於順治二年（1645年），以軍功封二等奉國將軍，順治四年（1647年），再晉為一等奉國將軍，順治六年（1649年），累封為鎮國公。
順治九年（1652年），緣事降為輔國公。再又降為三等鎮國將軍。康熙五年（1666年）逝世，因妄奏與額克親不恊，兒子額騰不能襲爵。
