余熂（？ - 1385年），字茂本，南直隸崑山人。元末明初政治人物。早年跟隨殷奎、陳潛夫學習。洪武十年，以明經試入太學，授承敕郎。洪武十五年進通政司參議，轉奉議大夫，試左通政。洪武十七年，拜吏部尚書。次年，國子監助教金文徵畏懼國子監祭酒宋訥，遂說服余熂命宋訥致仕歸鄉。宋訥在向明太祖朱元璋辭行時，被朱元璋追問發現，並將余熂與金文徵逮捕入獄，並判死罪處斬。
