劉孝綽（？ - 539年），名冉，字孝綽，以字行，彭城（今江蘇徐州）人。父劉繪，擔任南齊大司馬霸府從事中郎。七歲能文，人稱神童。十四歲時代父起草詔誥。早年為著作佐郎，後官秘書丞。普通六年（525年），劉孝綽與到洽同為侍讀，孝綽瞧不起到洽，最後因攜妾入官府，被到洽彈劾「攜少妹于華省，棄老母于下宅」，免官。劉孝綽被免職後，「高祖數使僕射徐勉，宣旨慰撫之」。大通元年，起為西中郎湘東王諮議，後為太子僕。後任尚書吏部郎，因「坐受人絹一束，為餉者所訟」，終官秘書監。大同五年（539年）卒於官。工於詩，與何遜並稱「何劉」。有詩文集，早佚。明人輯有《劉秘書集》。三妹劉令嫻是女詩人。
