王肅（464年 - 501年），字恭懿，琅邪臨沂人，南齊入北魏的大臣。王肅的父親王奐是王導第五子王劭的玄孫，因為王奐的堂祖父王球無子而過繼為王球的嗣孫，王奐被齊武帝蕭賾所殺後，太和十七年（493年），王肅歸降北魏，北魏孝文帝任命他為輔國將軍，南征義陽。擊敗齊朝的裴叔業，官至平南將軍、豫州刺史。孝文帝改革，王肅多有參與。孝文帝駕崩，王肅為尚書令參與朝政。裴叔業怕遭到齊帝蕭寶卷殺害，投降北魏。王肅率軍十萬接應，大勝，官拜散騎常侍、都督淮南諸軍事、揚州刺史。
