王嘉胤（？ - 1631年），明朝陝西府谷人，曾在邊塞當兵，後來逃亡回鄉里。崇禎元年（1628年）因為荒年飢餓率眾起事，轉戰於甘、陝，後轉戰山西等地，自稱為王，設置官員，當時其下有高迎祥、羅汝才、張獻忠、王自用等。明廷以洪承疇為三邊總督以圍剿之。崇禎四年（1631年）五月，王嘉胤到山西東南的沁水、陽城一帶。曹文詔部尾隨追擊，「賊勢甚眾，不能取勝。」六月初二日，張立位和王嘉胤的部將王國忠把王嘉胤灌醉刺死。餘部受王自用統率。
