完顏承裕（12世紀？ - 1213年），金朝宗室，女真名胡沙（忽沙），野狐嶺戰役中金國的主帥。胡沙原為符寶袛候，歷任中都左警巡副使、西南路招討副使。泰和六年（1206年），從成紀攻打南宋，敗于吳曦。八年（1208年），轉任歸德府尹、臨潢府尹。大安三年（1211年），出任參知政事，和獨吉思忠（獨吉千家奴）抵禦蒙古成吉思汗，在烏沙堡（河北省張北縣西北）、會河堡（河北省萬全縣西），全軍覆沒，胡沙隻身逃回。崇慶元年（1212年），為陝西安撫使。次年，為元帥右都監兼咸平路兵馬都總管，被耶律留哥所敗，改為遼東宣撫使，不久去世。
