李崇（454年 - 525年），字繼長，小名繼伯，頓丘衛國（今河南省清豐縣）人。北魏獻文帝之母文成元皇后二哥李誕之子。十四歲拜主文中散，襲爵陳留公。擔任鎮西大將軍。高祖初年，為大使巡察冀州。不久即以本官行梁州刺史。延興五年（475年），任兗州（今河南滑縣）刺史。兗州多劫盜，李崇令各村建樓，樓上懸有一鼓。盜發之處，居民以雙槌擊鼓，糾集百姓除賊。曾任揚州（今安徽壽縣）刺史。李崇有方略，得民心，天監六年鎮守壽春，壽春十年，召集壯士數千人，有敵人來無不摧破，敵謂之「臥虎」。
