金敞（2世紀 - 197年），史書多作金尚，字元休，東漢末年京兆杜陵人，孝廉。與同郡韋休甫、第五文休都著名，號為「三休」。漢獻帝初平三年（192年）四月，兗州刺史劉岱被黃巾軍所殺，金敞被詔命為兗州刺史，東行赴任，而當時曹操已被推舉為兗州牧而入主兗州。當時已是群雄割據時，朝命不行。金敞只能南下依附南陽太守袁術，一起到封丘，但被冀州牧袁紹與曹操所敗（封丘之戰）。袁術僣號，欲以金敞為太尉，不敢明言，私下派人勸說，金敞沒有屈從的意思，袁術也不敢勉強他。建安二年（197年）正月，金敞出逃，被袁術所害。九月，金敞與太傅馬日磾死訊都傳到京城，漢獻帝嘉金敞忠烈，為之咨嗟，詔百官弔祭，拜其子金瑋為郎中，而馬日磾被孔融追究過失以致未獲同樣待遇。
