千乘貞王劉伉公元1世紀78年前 - 93年，漢章帝長子，生母不詳。建初四年（79年）夏四月戊子，越過他和劉全，父親漢章帝立其三弟劉慶為太子。辛卯，他與劉全封王，是為千乘王。建初七年（82年），劉慶被廢太子，父親以其四弟劉肇為太子，即後來的漢和帝。漢和帝即位後，以劉伉為長兄，甚見尊禮。
劉伉在位十五年，永元五年（93年）正月廿四，劉伉于京師薨逝，謚號為貞，葬于洛陽。子劉寵嗣位，劉寵的孫子就是漢質帝。
