司徒，中國、朝鮮、越南古代職官。西周始置，位次三公，與六卿相當，與司馬、司空、司士、司寇並稱「五官」，金文多作「司土」，與司馬、司工（即司空）合稱「三有司」。是管理土地、人民的官，與後世的戶部尚書相當。春秋時沿置。根據《周禮》，司徒除了掌管邦國重任外，亦有教育之責，以輔佐王安定天下。
漢哀帝時丞相改稱大司徒，東漢初沿制後改稱司徒，成為三公之一。

Situ was one of the highest ranking government offices in ancient China. Established in the Western Zhou dynasty, it was originally written as 司土, meaning Administrator of Land.During the Han dynasty, the title became written with the different characters 司徒, which is translated variously as Minister over the Masses or Excellency over the Masses. It was one of the three most important official posts during the Han dynasty, called the Three Excellencies. The nominal salary for the post was 20,000 dàn (石) of grain.
The title is the origin of the surname Situ.
