莊子·人間世》:匹夫猶未可動,而況諸乎!
Even an ordinary man cannot be readily moved (to action), and how much less the prince of a state!
道德經》:王若能守之,萬物將自賓。
If a feudal prince or the king could guard and hold it, all would spontaneously submit themselves to him.
