《史記·封禪書》:齊人公孫卿曰：「今年得寶鼎，其冬辛巳朔旦冬至，與黃帝時等。」
《漢書·律曆志上》:至武帝元封七年，漢興百二歲矣，大中大夫公孫卿、壺遂、太史令司馬遷等言「曆紀壞廢，宜改正朔」
《前漢紀》:齊人公孫卿。
《風俗通義》:孝武皇帝時，齊人公孫卿言：「漢之聖者在高祖之孫，今歷正值黃帝之日，聖主亦當上封，則能神仙矣。」
