曰“攻敌之国”，	may be said to be one that attacks the enemy,
必强。	and it is certain that it will become strong.
故攻官，	Therefore, the combating of the parasites,
攻力，	the curtailing of its energies
攻敌，	and the attacking of its enemy
国用其二，	- if a country employs two of these methods
舍其一，	and sets aside only one,
必强；	it will be strong;
令用三者，	but that which employs all three methods
威必王。	will have so much prestige that it will attain supremacy.
