王：The king says,
「封， 'O Feng,
予不惟若茲多誥。I make you this long announcement, not (for the pleasure of doing so);
古人有言曰： but the ancients have said,
『人無於水監， "Let not men look into water;
當於民監。』 let them look into the glass of other people."
今惟殷墜厥命， Now that Yin has lost its appointment,
我其可不大監撫于時！ought we not to look much to it as our glass, (and learn) how to secure the repose of our time?
