此又虛也。This too is erroneous.
夫氣謂何氣也？What kind of fluid is understood by fluid?
如謂陰陽之氣，陰陽之氣不能飽人。If the fluid of the Yin and the Yang be meant, this fluid cannot satiate people.
人或嚥氣，氣滿腹脹，不能饜飽。They may inhale this fluid, so that it fills their belly and bowels, yet they cannot feel satiated.
如謂百藥之氣， If the fluid inherent in medicine be meant,
人或服藥，食一合屑， man may use and eat a case full of dry drugs,
吞數十丸， or swallow some ten pills.
藥力烈盛， But the effects of medicine are very strong.
胸中憒毒， They cause great pain in the chest,
不能飽人。 but cannot feed a man.
