是月也，大饗帝、嘗，犧牲告備于天子。合諸侯，制百縣，為來歲受朔日，與諸侯所稅於民輕重之法，貢職之數，以遠近土地所宜為度，以給郊廟之事，無有所私。In this month an announcement is made to the son of Heaven that the victims for the great sacrifice to God, and the autumnal sacrifice in the ancestral temple' are fit and ready.
