穆公之母卒，When the mother of duke Mu of Lu died,

自天子達。extend from the son of Heaven to all.
布幕，衛也；縿幕，魯也。But the tent-like covering (for the coffin) is of (linen) cloth in Wei, and of silk in Lu.
