Posted by: the_duke (Ofer Waldman)This is my own translation into English:

Shuai Ran
--------------------------

In the western mountain there is a snake, the distance between his head and his tail is large and his colors are many.

Upon being touched by a human, if on the head, than the tail shall come, if on the tail than the head shall come, if on the belly, then both the head and the tail shall come. It is called 「Shuai Ran」. There is n extreme multitude of these snakes on mount Chang in Kuaiji.

Sun Zi』s art of war says: 「The three armies of the general are as strong as a Shui Ran」.

The above message should be deleted. The translation of 蛇丘 was mistakenly added, instead of the translation to 率然 (And a separate thread will be opened for the Hebrew).
