'Word is the sprout from intent;
Acts are writing's root;
Thus as I read your poems,
I know the man you are.'

This apparently comes from Bai Juyi in 'Reading Zhang Ji's 'Old Ballads''. I cannot find the original text for this, though. Does anyone know where I could access it? Thanks very much!
