谨按：《礼传》：“夏曰嘉平，殷曰清祀，周曰大蜡，汉改为腊。”腊者、猎也，言田猎取兽以祭祀其先祖也。或曰：腊者、接也，新故交接，故大祭以报功也。汉家火行衰于戍，故曰腊也。
