| | In summer, in the fourth month, a fire broke out in Chen. Chen had already been destroyed; why is it mentioned that there was a fire in Chen? To preserve the name of Chen, one might say: "The memory of Chen lingers on!" Why was it necessary to preserve the name of Chen? Because when a state is destroyed, its criminals are arrested, its murderers are executed, and its ruler is buried; if such actions were taken, then the memory of Chen would still linger!
